Policy updates are applied for all Content Only Websites but not for Solutions with Custom Development as they do have their own Component Policies. Solutions with Custom Development will have to update in their Code Base, if they want to use the same Component Policies. In Future we will work further on the Component Policies. ## Default UI-KIT Version ##### Default Version for Release: eon-ui-kit v_4.5.2 All AEM Releases are tested against a default UI-Kit Version, which is set in CAC MultiBrandMainConfig as **Fallback**. If CAC MultiBrandMainConfig is not set manually, then this Version will be set for your Website. Solutions having their own UI-Kit (e.g. Suewag, Energiewacht) will always have to update manually. Enhancements ## 1.1 Component Policies We adjusted Component Policies for Parsys of Read More Component. Now only Text and Table Component are addable. [DDSMBFOUN-8772](https://jira.eon.com/browse/DDSMBFOUN-8772) ## 1.4 Switch the Form Tracking Dialog to work with ACS-Common's include We switched Form Tracking to ACS-Commons. This way, we can create two Versions of the Dialog. One Version for Form Container, which only allows now to configure "Start Event", and another Version for Form Button, which only allows now to configure "Submit Event". [DDSMBFOUN-8632](https://jira.eon.com/browse/DDSMBFOUN-8632) ## 1.6 Remove Unused AEM Core Component Scripts Some Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Core Component Scripts were being loaded on our Website even though they were not in use. Therefore, we conducted a comprehensive Analysis of these Scripts to identify which ones are essential and which can be safely removed and removed those. This ensures that only necessary AEM Core Component Scripts are loaded and improves Website Performance. [DDSMBFOUN-5500](https://jira.eon.com/browse/DDSMBFOUN-5500) ## 1.7 Form | Placeholders from Dynamic Content Areas are Not Sent with Form Submissions Before, Placeholders from Form Templates were being send with Form Submissions, even if they were not filled and also Data from hidden dynamic Content Areas were being send with Form Submissions. With our Enhancement we ensure now that hidden Data from hidden dynamic Content Areas as well as Placeholders are not sended anymore. Bug Fixes by Foundation & OPS Team ## 2.1 JavaScript Vulnerabilities We've rewritten the Code for Form Submission, Transitioning from jQuery to Vanilla JavaScript. This Change removes the Dependency on jQuery, which addresses a Security Vulnerability and significantly reduces the Amount of Code needed, resulting in enhanced Performance and a leaner Codebase. [DDSMBFOUN-6902](https://jira.eon.com/browse/DDSMBFOUN-6902) ## 2.2 Link-Mouseover displays /content/... We had an Issue that Mouseover on Links sometimes displayed */content/...* . This is fixed now. [DDS_SUPPORT-35028](https://jira.eon.com/browse/DDS_SUPPORT-35028) ## 2.3 Spacing of dynamic Content Areas We had an Issue that dynamic Content was coming under the previous one, while previous one was invisible, so much Space was created.
