# FoundationNg Closed User Group Config

The FoundationNg Closed User Group Config is used to make Pages only accessible via Login.

### Usage

It is adviceable to do this mainly on CAC Pages, as often you only want to Protect an Area of your Website.

Use Homepage Configuration only if all of your Pages should only be accessible via Login.

### FoundationNg Closed User Group Config

After Editing is enabled for FoundationNg Closed User Group Config, the following can be edited:

- Disable Folder Protection

If checked Folder Protection is inactive, so Login is not needed to access the Pages.

- Login Page

Select Login Page to which User is redirected to Login when trying to access protected Pages.

- Passkeys

Multiple Passkeys can be added or deleted. A Passkey needs to be entered on Login Page to access Protected Pages.

For Adding a Passkey, Editor needs to click on a Plus Icon (+). This adds a new empty Line. There, the Passkey needs to be entered.

For Deleting a Passkey, Editor needs to click the Minus Icon (-) of the Line that should be deleted.

### Be aware:

Disable the Content Cache on all Instances

In Order to make a Closed User Group Work, the Infra Team needs to disable the Content Cache on all Instances (Dispatcher, CDN ...). Therefore, find below a Sample Ticket that you can clone and adjust to your Requirements. Those would be the Domain your Website runs on, and the Content Path where the confidential Content is located below.
