At first, Editor needs to do Form Configuration.

##### FoundationNG Form Config (Homer & Captcha)

This Configuration is used to make it possible to use Homer (previously Mulesoft) and MT Captcha in Forms. Mulesoft is needed for Sending Mails of submitted Forms, while MT Captcha is a Service to make it harder for Bots (no real Users) to misuse a Form.

If it should be configured on all Pages, do it on Homepage Configuration Page. Use CAC only if it should be changed for just some Subpages.

After Editing is enabled for FoundationNg Form Config (Mulesoft & MTCaptcha), the following can be edited:

- Enable MuleSoft Email

This is used for Enabling MuleSoft Integration. Please activate the Checkbox.

- Enable Non-Production Email

Can be enabled if Automation or Penetration Tests are planned on that Environment to prevent "Spam" Mails to Productive Mail Folders.

It should not be used on Productive Environments.

- Non-Production Email ID

Editor can define one ore multiple Test Mail Addresses which will be used for any Form Send on that Environment. This helps to prevent "Spam" Mails to Productive Mail Folders due to Automation or Penetration Tests.

It should not be used on Productive Environments.

- MTCaptcha API URL

DEPRECATED

- Mulesoft API

This API URL is required for the Mail Integration.

Editors should use following API URLs on the different environments:

| Environment | API URL |
| --- | --- |
| DEV | https://homer-inbound.azurewebsites.net/api/v1/inbound |
| PROD / STAGE | https://homerprodapimgmt.azure-api.net/homer-inbound/v1/inbound |

There's an optional parameter *?dryrun=true*to be added to the Mulesoft API. This parameter is intended to be used by developers and automation testers only. This parameter leads to full validation of the forms sending request without sending the email. Ensure this parameter will not be used for productive forms, as users will receive a success message without sending any information!

- Selector Value

DEPRECATED

- SiteKey

The Sitekey is the Key for a specific complete Website to allocate usage Data correctly. It will be provided by Mulesoft and MT Captcha Integration Responsible Person.

- Captcha Key

The Captcha Key is the Key for a specific complete Website to use Captcha correctly. It will be provided by Mulesoft and MT Captcha Integration Responsible Person.

- Mail Relay Key Set

The Mail Relay Key Set tells the Backend which Mailjet Account to use for sending Mails.

We currently operate with four Mailjet Accounts:
 mailjet1, mailjet2, mailjet3, and mailjet4.

To ensure Forms are send correctly, you need to assign the appropriate Account identifier based on the Site’s Domain.

The correct Assignment for each Domain can be found in our Confluence Documentation. Please refer to that List and use the matching Identifier in the Configuration.

## Create Forms

Once all the Configurations for Homer (previously Mulesoft) and MT Captcha have been completed, the editor can create a Form Container and add Form Elements inside.

Also MT Captcha Component must be added in Form Container, if Captcha should be used for the Form.
