Them

Error Page are shown when an Error occurs using a Website. For Example if a User wants to navigate to a Page that does not exist.

- By default 3 Error Pages are available: 403, 404, and 500
- Error Pages can be fully individualized
- Most important is 404 Error Page

### What is the difference between the Error Pages

##### 403 Error

403 Error on a Website means that the Server is refusing to fulfill the Request made by the Client. This can happen due to insufficient Permissions, IP Blocking, Authentication Issues, or disabled Directory Listing.

[See Example of 403 Error Page](https://www.eonshowroom.eon.com/en/tools/403.html)

##### 404 Error

404 Error on a Website means that the Server could not find the requested Resource. This can happen due to an incorrect URL, broken Links, Server Misconfiguration, or Content Removal.

[See Example of 404 Error Page](https://www.eonshowroom.eon.com/en/tools/404.html)

##### 500 Error

500 Error on a Website means that there is an Internal Server Error preventing the Server from fulfilling the Request made by the Client. This can be caused by Programming Errors, Server Configuration Issues, Resource Limitations, or Database Errors.

[See Example of 500 Error Page](https://www.eonshowroom.eon.com/en/tools/500.html)

#### Keep in Mind

The 3 Pages are already there, but Editor should adjust the Content. It can be edited as every other Page as well.

**Main important is to adjust 404 Error Page, as this is an Error that happens more often than the other Errors.**
