# Login Page

# Login Page

Pages can be protected with a Passkey. This will be set in FoundationNg Closed User Group Config. But to let Users enter the Passkey a Login Page is needed.

- Individual User Messages as Feedback
- Needed for protected Pages

### Be aware:

Disable the Content Cache on all Instances

In Order to make a Closed User Group Work, the Infra Team needs to disable the Content Cache on all Instances (Dispatcher, CDN ...). Therefore, find below a Sample Ticket that you can clone and adjust to your Requirements. Those would be the Domain your Website runs on, and the Content Path where the confidential Content is located below.

### Create Login Page

At first, Editor needs to create a new Page. On this Page Editor must add a Closed User Group Config Component.


###### Precondition:

Login Pages are used for protected Pages. Page Protection must be configured via FoundationNg Closed User Group Config. In this Config, Path to Login Page needs to be added.

### Maintain Closed User Group Config Component

The Closed User Group Config Component as following Options, which all comes with Default Text that can be changed:

- Passkey Input Label

Enter the Label that should be shown on Input Field for Passey Entering.

- Login Button Label

Enter the Label that should be shown on Button to submit the entered Passey.

- Message for wrong Passkey

Enter a Message that should be shown to the User if entered Passkey is not correct.

- Message if no Passkey is present

Enter a Message that should be shown to the User if no Passkey is entered.

- Message if mandatory Parameters are missing

Enter a Message that should be shown to the User if mandatory Parameters are missing.

Mandatory Parameters are coming from Page that wants to be entered and redirects to Login Page because of Page Protection. Those Parameters are missing if e.g. User opens Login Page manually.
