Available Types are: - Carousel (default) - List - List Expanded - Tile ![Select Parent Path](https://www.eonshowroom.eon.com/cdm-assets/is/image/eon/content-aggregator-path-selection%3A3-4?fmt=webp) ### Select Content - Select Parent Path Editor needs to define a Path for Pages that should be visible in Content Aggregator Component, by clicking on Add Button and selecting the Path. - Choose Start & End Date When Content Aggregator Component is added to a Page, Editor needs to select a start and an End Date in Editor Dialog. All Pages that have a Date added in [Press and Event Details Component](/content/foundationNG/en/specials/press-event-details.html), which is between the selected Start and End Date can be displayed in the Content Aggregator. - Filtering For Filtering Pages, Editor can select [Tags](/content/foundationNG/en/aem-basics/tagging.html) in "AND" or "OR" field. In "AND" Field, all of the selected Tags must be matched, while in "OR" Field any of the selected Tags must be matched. - Ordering Furthermore, Content Aggregator Component Items can have ascending or descending order, while they can be ordered by: - Item Date - Item Title - [Page Order](https://www.eonshowroom.eon.com/en/aem-basics/page-handling.html#order) ![Configure Item Properties](https://www.eonshowroom.eon.com/cdm-assets/is/image/eon/content-aggregator-item-prop%3A1-1?fmt=webp) ### Item Properties In Item Properies Tab, Editor can configure the Items. Therefore, the following Properties can be set: - Type Choose between Date or Category to be shown. - Time Zone Time Zone can be entered. By default, it is CET/CEST Time Zone. - Twelve Hour Format The Hour Format can be changed from 24 Hours Format to 12 Hours Format. - Open in new Tab Open in new Tab can be set for the Link of all Items. - Hide Timestamp It is possible to hide the Timestamp in all Items. By default it is hidden. - Hide Abstract in all Items It is possible to hide the Abstract in all Items. By default it is not hidden. - Hide Image in all Items It is possible to hide the Image in all Items. But H1 is not adviceable as it should only be used once per Page. Furthermore, if Editor is not satisfied with the default Settings for trimming the Texts, the default Values can be overriten by activating corresponding Checkbox and entering a Value for Character Limit for Headline and another for Abstract. #### Configure Press & Event Details per Page For each Page which shall be shown in Content Aggregator the Press & Event Details Component need to be configured individually. Item Color Selection is only possible on white Background. - Content Alignment in Tile Choose between left or right Alignment. By default left is selected. - Max Items Sets the Maximum Amount of Items that will be Part of the Carousel. By default, it is 20. - Max Tiles per row (Desktop only) Sets the Maximum Amount of Tiles per Row. It could be 2 or 3 Items. By default it is 3 Items. This Setting is only valid for Desktop Viewports. By default, it is 20. - Pagination Dropdown Values Defines the Values of the Dropdown "Items per Page", where the User can choose the Maximum Amount of Items per Page of the List. By default it is "5, 10, 15" Items as Options. As this Example shows, it is possible to define multiple Values via Comma Separation of the Values. By default it is "5, 10, 15" Items as Options. As this Example shows, it is possible to define multiple Values via Comma Separation of the Values. - Content Alignment in List expanded Alignment Option for List Items can be Image left, right or alternating Layout. For E.ON there are no further Color Options. But if using different UI-Kit featuring more Colors, then, if a certain Background is used, Editor can select from different Color Option for Items. - Content Alignment in Tile Choose between left or right Alignment. By default left is selected. - Max Items Sets the Maximum Amount of Items that will be Part of the Tiles Wall. By default, it is 20. - Max Tiles per Row (Desktop only) Sets the Maximum Amount of Tiles per Row. It could be 2 or 3 Items. By default it is 3 Items. This Setting is only valid for Desktop Viewports. - Tile Wall Size Choose between small and large Tile Wall Size. Small Tile Wall Size will show up to 6 Tiles (2 Rows) in Beginning, which can be extended by the User, while large Tile Wall Size will show up to 12 Tiles (4 Rows) in Beginning.
